Since 2023, we have been supporting SMEG in the delivery of its internal live training events, dedicated to the presentation of new products and addressed to the group’s international subsidiaries. Our role covers the full live production workflow, including live streaming, filming, and directing each training session. To ensure accessibility for CEOs, sales teams, marketing and trade departments, and product managers, we designed and developed custom digital platforms tailored to SMEG’s functional and aesthetic requirements.
Through authenticated access, participants could follow the live sessions, interact with speakers via a dedicated Q&A form, and engage with the content in real time. After each event, the full training was made available on demand, organized into modular content within the same platform. This approach transformed live training into a long-term digital resource, combining real-time participation with structured knowledge sharing across SMEG’s global network.
